Shipping Policy
We currently ship to selected countries and regions, including:
North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
Europe: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Poland, Ireland, Portugal, Hungary, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Croatia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia, Switzerland, and Cyprus
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
Asia: Japan, South Korea, Singapore
Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, and Kuwait
South America: Brazil and Colombia
Africa: South Africa and Egypt
We currently do not ship to Russia, Ukraine, or Indonesia. Some destinations may be unavailable depending on carrier restrictions or checkout availability.
Processing time:
Orders are usually processed within 1-7 business days. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take 5-7 business days.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
USA: 5-15 business days
UK: 3-15 business days
Germany: 5-15 business days
France: 3-15 business days
Canada: 8-14 business days
Australia: 4-15 business days
Other countries: 10-15 business days
Shipping address:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Shipping addresses may not be changed after an order has been shipped. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Tracking:
MOOBOOM orders are shipped with tracking whenever available. Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.
Lost packages:
If your package appears to be lost, we will contact the courier company. If delivery failed because the shipping address was incorrect, we will email you and ask for a new address. Once the package is returned to the regional warehouse, we will resend it.
If your package is confirmed lost or items are missing from your order, we will offer two options:
- You may choose a refund.
- We will resend the items using the fastest available courier service.
Delivered but not received:
If tracking shows successful delivery and the courier provides valid proof of delivery, but you report that you did not receive the package, we may not be able to claim compensation from the courier company. We recommend checking nearby areas, asking neighbors, reviewing available delivery footage, and contacting the courier. If the package was stolen, we advise filing a police report. We will still assist you in handling the matter where possible.
Customs duties and taxes:
For some countries, customs duties or taxes may be required before delivery. If you have any questions about customs or delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
