Cases Where We Can Issue Immediate Refunds:

  1. The package was delivered to the wrong address and consequently lost

  2. Tracking shows no movement for over 30 days

  3. Product quality issues or we shipped incorrect items

  4. Missing items from your order

  5. Order not yet shipped and you want to change items

Non-Refundable Cases:

  1. Tracking shows delivered with valid proof of delivery (POD), but you claim non-receipt

  2. Package already in transit when refund is requested
