Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

Cases where we can issue immediate refunds:
1. The package was delivered to the wrong address and was lost.
2. Tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days.
3. The product has a quality issue, or we shipped the wrong item.
4. Items are missing from your order.
5. Your order has not shipped yet, and you want to change an item.

Non-refundable cases:
1. Tracking shows the package was delivered with valid proof of delivery, but you report that you did not receive it.
2. The package is already in transit when the refund is requested.

Return Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return:
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@mooboom.shop with your order number and reason for the return.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
