2️⃣ Q: How many days will your courier arrive?
A: The following time is the transportation time after shipment. Our products take 1-7 days to package and order. (Usually, it only takes 1-3 days. If there are a large number of orders, it will take 5-7 days. If it exceeds 7 days, we will use the quickest courier service.)

3️⃣ Q: What if my delivery gets lost?
A: 

First, if the package is indeed lost, we will contact the courier company. If the shipping address you provided was incorrect and caused delivery failure, we will proactively email you about the situation. You will need to provide a new address. The package will be returned to the warehouse in your region and then resent!

Second, if your package is confirmed lost or items are missing from your order, we will offer you two options:

  1. You can choose a direct refund.

  2. We will resend the items using the fastest available courier service.

In the following cases, it will be difficult for us to claim compensation from the courier company:

  • If tracking shows successful delivery and the courier provides us with valid proof of delivery, but you claim not to have received the package.
    In such cases, we recommend you first check nearby surveillance cameras. If the package was stolen, we advise you to file a police report immediately. We will assist you in handling the matter.

As the seller, we understand our responsibilities. However, please do not blame us for courier-related issues. We are aware that package theft is severe in many customers' areas, so we also hope you will monitor your tracking information closely to avoid losses. Of course, should any issues arise, you can always contact us—we will assist in resolving them.
