Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 days after processing time, but personalised jewelry cycle needs 3-5 working days.so them shipped within 5-7 days after processing time .although shipping may vary based on the item(s), location of destination, holidays, and delays with the carrier. Pre-orders are shipped within the provided time frame, please read the description of the item you are purchasing. 
please rest assured that once our products have started shipping, we will send you a photo of the product to the email address you have placed your order with, and also send you the shipping tracking number

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Shipping address cannot be changed after purchase is complete. We are not responsible for items shipped/delivered to an incorrect address which was provided by the buyer.

Once the item is scanned into transit with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package(s). Damaged, missing, or stolen packages marked after they are scanned into transit are the responsibility of the carrier and the buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier for more information.
