Q: What happens if my package is lost?
A: If your package appears to be lost, we will contact the courier company. If delivery failed because the shipping address was incorrect, we will email you and ask for a new address. Once the package is returned to the regional warehouse, we will resend it.
If your package is confirmed lost or items are missing from your order, we will offer two options:
1. You may choose a refund.
2. We will resend the items using the fastest available courier service.
In the following cases, we may not be able to claim compensation from the courier company:
- Tracking shows successful delivery and the courier provides valid proof of delivery, but you report that you did not receive the package.
In these cases, we recommend checking nearby surveillance cameras first. If the package was stolen, we advise filing a police report immediately. We will assist you in handling the matter.
