A Letter to Our U.S. Customers

Due to the ongoing increase in U.S. tariffs, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all orders from U.S. customers starting April 25th, as we can no longer afford the high additional costs. All orders placed before this date will be processed as usual with no extra tariffs. This announcement will also be posted on our website homepage.

To be honest, this new tariff policy has hit us hard. It is only because of the loyalty and support of our long-term customers that we’ve been able to keep our business running—especially since most of our customers are from the U.S. Once international trade conditions stabilize, we will resume normal operations.
